What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Consumer & Healthcare Group in Erskine Park is looking for experienced HC Drivers to join our team. As a key part of our operation, you’ll be responsible for delivering ambient and chilled products to customers across the Sydney metropolitan area and select regional locations. We currently have 2 shifts available Day shift (6am starts) and Afternoon Shift (2pm Starts) with potential for overtime. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

• Possess an unrestricted HC licence & have load restraint experience
• Container driving experience and knowledge of Sydney metro + surrounding areas
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different sites (Erskine Park and Penrith) as well as different shifts
• Proactive approach and positive attitude
• History of safe work practices
