What does the job look like?

As our business continues to grow, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Kemps Creek, NSW
 
Reporting to the DC Manager, this is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and service outcomes. A problem-solver and self-starter, you’ll work closely with your team, making data-driven decisions to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Key areas: 
  • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to achieve maximum productivity for BevChain and our customers
  • Ensure efficient use of all resources on-site
  • Analyse weekly and monthly KPIs to enhance productivity and meet financial targets
  • Collaborate with external labor agencies to address staffing needs
  • Continuously improve warehouse procedures through regular reviews and updates
  • Oversee P&L management and financial performance
Are you the one?
 
You’re a seasoned operations manager with a passion for leadership, staff development, and customer engagement. With your extensive experience, you’ll foster an inclusive, accountable culture that thrives on operational excellence. You can demonstrate:
 
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in warehouse operations within the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of fast-paced logistics environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse infrastructure and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and upkeep.
  • Hands-on experience in direct customer service, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on service expectations.
  • Extensive experience in supervising and developing staff, including performance management and fostering a positive team culture.
