What does the job look like?
The Retail business is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery for our retail customers online contract overseeing a group of subcontractors and Customer Service Agents (drivers) performing online deliveries. This is your opportunity to lead from the front, build strong relationships, and champion operational excellence across a fast-paced, ever-evolving delivery environment.
As a Territory Manager you will be required to travel and visit different Customer Fulfilment Centres across NSW, including but not limited to Brookvale, Mascot, Lidcombe and Caringbah. Key areas:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a motivated supply chain professional. You will rely on your time management skills and effective decision making to ensure operational objectives are met whilst maintaining relationships with customer and operational teams. You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or a related field
- Commitment to safe working practices with an understanding of COR and vehicle compliance
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
