What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is currently looking for a Transport Supervisor based at Caboolture QLD. This role is a fundamental part of ensuring our transport operations support our key customer as effectively and productively as possible, whilst maintaining and upholding Linfox safety standards. We currently have a permanent position available working Monday to Friday starting around 7 am with some reasonable additional hours as necessary. Key Areas:

• Supervising all transport operations in line with company policies, legislative requirements and customer expectations
• Managing company drivers and subcontractors, including inductions, training, fatigue management and compliance
• Overseeing drivers and handling HR matters (conflict resolution, performance)
• Ensuring all customer deliveries are completed safely, on time and to agreed service levels
• Monitoring and reporting key transport KPIs, including delivery window performance
• Maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Are you the one?

• Min 5 years’ experience in supervisory roles within the transport industry
• Intermodal based work history is highly regarded
• Experience in planning & allocating roles plus ability to manage drivers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
