What does the job look like?
The Group Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Linfox’s enterprise-wide procurement strategy to drive commercial value, cost optimisation, risk management and supplier performance. You will provide strategic leadership across sourcing, contract management and supplier governance while ensuring continuity of procurement operations during a period of extended leave.
Key areas
- Lead the development and execution of group procurement strategies aligned to enterprise, financial and operational objectives
- Deliver strategic sourcing activities including market analysis, RFPs, negotiations and contract awards
- Manage supplier performance, governance frameworks and commercial risk across key spend categories
- Partner with Executive, Finance, Legal and operational leaders as a trusted commercial advisor
- Ensure procurement governance, policies and delegation of authority are consistently applied
- Lead and support the procurement team to maintain operational continuity and performance outcomes
Are you the one?
You are a senior procurement professional with experience leading enterprise or group procurement in a large, complex organisation. You are confident operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels and bring the commercial capability to influence key business outcomes.
You can demonstrate
- Proven leadership of enterprise or group procurement functions
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation capability
- Experience delivering cost optimisation, value creation and supplier performance outcomes
- Capability operating in asset‑intensive or operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement at executive and senior leadership level
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
