What does the job look like?

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive strategic business improvement and transformation initiatives across a complex transport and warehousing network.

You will be responsible for identifying, designing and delivering strategic solutions that enhance operational performance, improve capability and unlock new opportunities for the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape future-state operating models and embed sustainable change across the network.

While data and insights will support your work, this role is fundamentally focused on strategy, solution design and capability uplift, with analytics support primarily delivered through dedicated insights resources.

Key areas:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business improvement initiatives
• Identify and design innovative solutions to complex operational challenges
• Develop and implement future-state operating models and frameworks
• Build capability within teams to sustain continuous improvement
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute strategic priorities
• Drive new business solution design and support growth opportunities
• Embed sustainable change across operations and drive measurable outcomes

Are you the one?

You are a strategic thinker and change leader who can identify opportunities, design solutions and bring stakeholders on the journey to deliver meaningful transformation.

You can demonstrate:

• Strong experience in business improvement, strategy or project delivery roles (5+ years)
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic solutions
• Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• Ability to embed change and uplift capability across teams
• Background in logistics, transport or complex operational environments (preferred)
