What does the job look like?
As a Senior Analyst – UKG Pro WFM, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimisation of our UKG Pro Workforce Management platform across Linfox and the broader group.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure the platform runs smoothly, deliver enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to improve workforce management outcomes.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules including timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Conduct testing (UAT, regression) and support system deployments
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and data mapping
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Work with IT and vendors to improve system performance
Are you the one?
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of workforce management systems. You’ll bring hands-on experience in configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 4+ years’ experience with Time and Attendance systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM
- Strong hands-on skills in timekeeping, scheduling, accrual, and pay rule configuration
- Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience in process definition, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
- Experience with testing (unit, UAT, regression) and deployment of new system functions
- Strong documentation skills for configuration, workflows, and data mapping
- Ability to deliver end-user training and support
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
