What does the job look like?

As an RCTI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Linfox’s financial operations by managing accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, and driving timely collections. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong cashflow, manage credit risk, and ensure a high standard of service across all financial interactions.

This is a permanent opportunity onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment allocation
  • Proactively monitoring customer accounts and recovering overdue debt against KPIs
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy across revenue and payment records
  • Supporting revenue accruals, invoicing timelines, and cashflow management
  • Preparing detailed reporting and providing insights on debtor performance and trends
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies and complex reconciliation issues
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across AR processes
  • Managing shared inboxes and acting as a key contact for AR-related queries
  • Collaborating with business units to ensure accurate and timely financial outcomes

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring accuracy and accountability in everything you do.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and collections processes
  • Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
  • Advanced Excel capability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
