What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performance team based in Regency Park SA. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will effectively manage the afternoon shift and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team, ensuring the contracted outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment. This is an exciting permanent opportunity working alongside our leading customers operating Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm. Key areas: 

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations with a specific emphasis on managing inbound/outbound processes, transport coordination and the timely dispatch of goods.
• Efficiently schedule and manage warehouse teams and resources to achieve productive results, including efficiency in a high-volume warehouse and overseeing key performance indicators.
• Supervise and facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, encompassing customers and employees across the organisation including Kronos.
• Cultivate and sustain a successful relationship with the customer and key stakeholders.
• Actively engage with on-site personnel at the forefront to ensure their motivation, training, and competence in task execution.
• Manage on-site occupational health and safety policies and procedures, including injury management and reporting.

• Demonstrated commitment to COR compliance, safety standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock management and warehouse operations.
• Sound computer literacy with the ability to use WMS and Microsoft office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
