What does the job look like?
We're looking for a dependable HR Driver who is happy to get involved wherever needed. This is a hands-on role supporting our PUD operation as well as assisting with general yard duties and site upkeep. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to pitch in to support the wider team. This is a permanent and full-time role, Monday - Friday from 6am - 2pm. Key areas:
- Providing HR driving support across PUD operations
- Completing general yard duties, including housekeeping and dolly greasing
- Assisting with basic maintenance and operational tasks around the site
- Conducting equipment and safety checks
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
Are you the one?
You're a team player who doesn't mind rolling your sleeves up and helping where needed. You enjoy a mix of driving and yard work, take safety seriously and can work independently to get the job done. You can demonstrate:
- Current and valid HR licence
- Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or a similar environment
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Willingness to undertake general yard and maintenance duties
- The ability to complete routine inspections and basic site checks
- Flexibility to support changing operational requirements
